This session explores several dispositions associated with successful transformational teaching and learning practices which, in turn, have led to school environments in which personalized learning, supported through purposeful use of technology, is paramount. VBCPS focuses on the impact of teaching and learning practices in the areas of plan, teach, assess, and respond on the following areas:
- disposition of leadership
- disposition of teachers
- disposition of learning environment
- disposition of students
- disposition of community
In this session, participants will engage in discussion around the characteristics of each disposition, how to leverage the Transformational Learning Readiness guide when developing professional growth goals, and seeking out supports for areas of professional growth.
